DRAWINGS
In most cases, you will need drawings before works can begin. You may already have your plans but if not, Introspec Construction are happy to guide you through the process.
In order to obtain building regulations, you will first need drawings. You are welcome to obtain these yourself or we can put you in touch with our specialist architect.
Once drawings are complete and approved, its time to decide your wish list.

So you have the final size and design of your extension confirmed, now it’s time for the fun part.
With our help, now is the time to decide on the specifications that will integrate your new space into your home. From light fittings to kitchen options, this is your opportunity to turn your vision to reality and for us to understand what it is you truly want from your project.
